RETURN POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Mama Bling! We want you to love every item you purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please review our return policy to ensure a smooth return process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Time Frame: Items are eligible for return within 10 days of the delivery date.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Items must also be in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including gift cards, sale items, and personalized or custom products. Please check product descriptions for any exceptions before purchasing.
2. Initiating a Return
Contact Us: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at service@mamabling.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return.
Return Authorization: After contacting us, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on where to send your package. Unauthorized returns or returns sent to the wrong address may not be accepted.
3. Shipping Costs
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
Original Shipping Fees: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Refunds and Processing Time
Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow 5-7 business days for inspection and processing.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Partial Refunds: If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet our return policy (e.g., damaged, missing parts), a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
5. Exchanges
Product Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process to send back the item. You may then place a new order for the desired item.
Defective or Incorrect Items: For exchanges due to defective or incorrect items, please contact us directly within 5 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
6. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 5 days of delivery with a description and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, repair, or refund.
7. Sale Items Only regular-priced items may be returned; unfortunately, sale items and items marked as “Final Sale” are non-refundable.
